CAEP Summit Registration – Select this option if you plan to attend the CAEP Summit only. This registration includes access to the CAEP Summit event from October 28–30, 2026. The registration fee to attend the 2026 CAEP Summit is $500 per person.
Directors’ Event and CAEP Summit – Select this option only if you are a Consortium Director/Lead, Chair, or Co-Chair invited to attend this one-day closed event. A registration code will be provided in your invitation and is required to complete registration. This selection includes registration for both the Directors’ Event and the CAEP Summit from October 27–30, 2026. If you believe you should have received an invitation and registration code, please contact ccctap@noce.edu. The registration fee to attend the 2026 CAEP Summit portion is $500 per person.

Check or Purchase Order Instructions

To help us create your purchase order invoice as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:
- First and last name of each attendee whose registration will be included in the purchase order.
- Full name and address of the organization that should be invoiced. Please spell out the organization’s complete name, as acronyms cannot be accepted.
Once we receive this information, we will provide you with:
- Your invoice to begin the purchase order process
- Check remittance instructions
- A registration code and instructions for completing each attendee’s registration
Attendees paying with a Purchase Order (PO) are considered pre-registered but NOT confirmed until check payment is received.
The check payment deadline is October 5th, 2026. Any pre-registered attendees not paid by this date will be notified that their registration has been cancelled unless secured by credit card payment.
Please Note: Once registration capacity is reached, a waitlist will be implemented and those “pre-registered but not confirmed” will be considered waitlisted.
